The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005, requires an Employer to provide adequate instruction, training, supervision and information to employees, in a form, manner and language which is reasonably likely to be understood, to enable them to carry out their work safely, without risk to themselves or others.

The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 to 2016 place obligations on Employers to provide specific training, for example Manual Handing Training for Employees required to undertake Manual Handling Tasks and sufficient personnel trained in occupational first aid at all places of work.

We provide Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheel, Induction, Work at Height, Ladder Safety and other bespoke Training Courses ourselves and have established a network of likeminded trainers to provide appropriate cost-effective training outside of our in-house capabilities.
